Where is your store based?

The Blissful Trenders is based in Bakersfield, California.

What is your RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Your Satisfaction is important to us and we hope that you love what you ordered. But just in case you are not completely satisfied or something is wrong with your order, please email us at theblissfultrenders@gmail.com within  7 days of your package's arrival if there is an issue. We will make sure that you are well taken cared of.

We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days from receipt of your package. Delivery confirmation is considered receipt of your package. If 14 days has gone by since receipt of your package, unfortunately we cannot accept your return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, and must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and un-altered in any way. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. 

You will be responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs unless we are found to be at fault and/or the item is defective/damaged. Note that our items are checked thoroughly before they are shipped to help avoid such issues. Please make sure to check your items as soon as you receive them as we will only ship replacements for damages if you contact us within 7 days of its arrival. When shipping items back to us with over a $50 value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit and cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Please note that only regular priced items will be eligible for return. Sale items cannot be returned. Several types of items are exempt from being returned and considered final sale, such as undergarments and socks due to hygiene purposes.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the store credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Do you accept orders placed outside the US?

Yes!  We ship to all countries currently serviced by USPS.  For international orders (outside of the US), we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $30 and ship via First Class International mail which takes 10-20 business days to arrive (or up to 5 weeks).  Note that USPS packages are NOT insured and are not trackable once it leaves the US.  It is the your responsibility to pay any customs fees, duties and taxes that your country may charge upon arrival of your package.  Please note that we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.  Please email us at projectbabybump@yahoo.com if you have any further questions regarding international shipping.

What about domestic shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders over $50.  Usually shipping takes 3-5 days to arrive within the US.  Occasionally transit times may vary and are out of our control. We will advise you of the tracking number once your order has shipped.  However, we will not be responsible for items shipped to the incorrect address therefore please verify the ship-to address is correct before submitting your order. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages by the courier or for lost or stolen packages that have been left on your porch.  Once the package has left our warehouse and a tracking number has been assigned, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages nor responsible for the day/time in which you receive them.  For whatever reason, it there is an issue with delivery timing, it is the customer’s responsibility to work out those details with the courier.

How long before my order is processed?

If items are in stock, domestic orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the purchase date.  International orders are processed within 2-5 business days.  If an item is not in stock or is on pre-order, please allow a 2-4 week turnaround time unless advised otherwise.  Please note that orders are not shipped on Sundays and on holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped, domestic orders usually take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on your location and the efficiency of the courier.  International shipping delivery may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

How do I pay for my order?  Is it secure?

The checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions therefore rest assured that securities and payment fraud protections are in place.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account.
